About & mission

We believe everyone deserves a hobby that makes them light up, and a community to share it with.

Our mission

Making hands-on hobbies welcoming, accessible, and fun for everyone

Picking up a new hobby can feel intimidating: the supplies, the jargon, not knowing where to start. We take that worry away. We bring the materials, the know-how, and a friendly crowd, so all you have to bring is your curiosity.

Whether it's your first crochet chain or your hundredth painting, there's a place for you here.

What we believe

Our values

Everyone's welcome

All ages, all abilities, all skill levels. No experience required, ever.

Learn by doing

The best way to learn a craft is to get your hands on it, mistakes and all.

Share what you make

Skills grow when they're passed along. Today's learner is tomorrow's teacher.

Community first

Hobbies are better with friends. We build spaces where people connect.

What we do

Hobby sessions, out in the community

We run hands-on sessions at libraries, community spaces, and events, where people can try a craft, learn the basics, and leave with something they made.

  • Drop-in craft sessions and workshops
  • Beginner-friendly, with materials ready to go
  • Volunteers who love sharing their skills
